It was very important to accept the garbage collectors at the government level to provide them with respect, safety and employment opportunities through the organization. After fighting for at least 6 years, women were registered and given identity cards by the Mahanagara Palika. At present, more than 3000 women garbage collectors have been registered in the Municipal Corporation and given identity cards. It is becoming the first city in India to be officially recognized at the agricultural level.

Employment and security can be available for unorganized women laborers, so they organize dialogues between government departments and women.

For the best education of children, they help in getting scholarship from the Department of Social Justice.

Women share their feelings, social problems with each other, so we organize a discussion club named "Baipanachaya Gujgoshti".

Menstruation changes regarding the gender of rural and urban men, therefore they organize discussions and video screenings.

Rural urban working women will be economically and socially independent as they become economically empowered. The organization promotes entrepreneurship by imparting business training to them to build their credit in family and social decision-making processes. To stop the exploitation of rural tribal women due to migration, the organization taught them how to create businesses from their local natural resources. These women of ours are becoming economically empowered by making various types of nutritious food from Mahuva flowers. The products they produce are not only beneficial for health, but you can also contribute to their development by using these products in your diet and promoting them to bring them to the mainstream.

We provide employment opportunities and business training to women so that they can take care of their family along with being capable themselves. Due to poverty, women are more affected by education, health and social problems, so we try to bring awareness and give them security on this subject.

Folk art in Maharashtra is becoming rare. But we are implementing various activities to keep these folk arts alive, which are an important part of people's lives. He is slowly implementing initiatives such as organizing folk art festivals, providing them with financial stability and promoting their arts.

Keeping in mind the changes in the environment, we are carrying out activities with the communities, from tree planting to the cultivation of local resources. Along with the balance in the environment, the work of achieving a healthy environment and livelihood is being done through this activity.
